Elizabeth's missing toy

The shiny, yellow sun came up in Glendowie as Elizabeth realised that her favorite toy was missing from her collection. It was hopeless trying to find it because it was white and practically everything in her house was white as well. After about ten minutes of searching Elizabeth decided to go outside, she saw thin twigs on tree branches swaying from left to right. The next day Elizabeth went into the charity shop to see if she could find another toy to replace the one she lost but when she walked in she found it sitting in the toy section.

Ballet

It was Anna’s first day at Ballet School and she was so excited! She was frantically scurrying around the place getting everything ready. But her mum was just sitting down on the couch under a blanket sipping a cup of hot chocolate and recovering from her daughter making a whirlwind all around the house. What she really wanted was a pair of crimson ballet shoes and a matching tutu! Then surprisingly, she shouted “ I can’t wait!” Her mum finally decided to get off the couch, looking very grave . She drove Anna through the misty darkness. “Have fun!” said Mum.
